PREREQUISITE
Ensure that you configure the Avaya Aura® Device Services URL to display the SSO mode option in the web interface.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, go to SIP.
  3. Select Single Sign On.
  4. In the Single Sign On Mode, select one of the following:
    • Primary SSO Login only (Default): SSO login is available for the primary user and disabled for the guest users.
    • Guest SSO Login only: SSO login is available for the guest users. Primary users must use forced or manual SIP log in.
  5. Click Save.
