Configuring parameter to enable the restart of the phone
Use the 46xxsettings.txt file to set the following parameter:

Specifies if the phone displays the Restart soft key from the Login screen. When the user presses the Restart soft key, the phone prompts to confirm the restart. Upon user confirmation, the phone restarts.
