Use the 46xxsettings.txt file to set the following parameter:

INCOMING_CALL_POPUP_DEFAULT
Specifies the mode for incoming call popup notification. The settings apply to incoming calls on primary call appearances, bridged call appearances, and shared call appearances.
The options are:
  • The Incoming call popup is disabled. The end user can change this setting in the user menu.
  • The incoming call popup is enabled. The end user can change this setting in the user menu.
  • The end user cannot change this setting in the user menu.
  • The end user cannot change this setting in the user menu.
Note:
Avaya J129 IP Phone does not support the disable incoming call popup feature.
