Configuring the LNCC Custom Call Log using web interface

When the Limit Number of Concurrent Calls (LNCC) feature is active, you can have only one active call. The phone logs the next incoming call as a missed call. With the LNCC Custom Call Log feature, you can configure the reason for the missed call.
PREREQUISITE
You must configure the LNCC feature on the phone.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, go to Settings.
  3. In the Call log area, scroll to LNCC Custom Call Log, select one of the following options:
    • Enabled: The phone logs the missed call with the missed call icon Missed call icon and the reason Second call off.
    • Disabled (Default): The phone logs the missed call with the missed call reason icon Missed call reason icon and the reason Limit incoming calls
