You can debug the phone using the fields listed under the Debugging tab of the phone web interface.
PREREQUISITE
Enable access to the web interface of the phone.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Debugging.
  3. Configure the fields in the following areas:
    • Log
    • SNMP
    • Packet Capture
    • Phone Report
    • SSH
    • Long Term Acoustic Protection
    • Other
  4. Click one of the following:
    • Save: To save the configuration changes.
    • Reset to Default: To revert to the default values.
