Configuring date and time

Prolog information
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Date & Time.
  3. In the Date & Time area, configure the following:
    • Date Format: Specifies the format for dates displayed on the phone. %d for a day of the month in decimal format. %m for a month in the decimal format. %o for a month in short string format, for example, October.
      The default value is %m/%d.
    • Enable Time Zone: Specifies if the phone uses the TIMEZONE parameter to determine the local time.
      Select one of the following options:
      • Disabled (Default): The phone does not use the TIMEZONE parameter. The phone uses the following parameters: GMTOFFSET, DAYLIGHT_SAVING_SETTING_MODE, DSTOFFSET, DSTSTART, and DSTSTOP.
      • Enabled: The phone uses the TIMEZONE parameter. The phone ignores the following parameters: GMTOFFSET, DAYLIGHT_SETTING_MODE, DSTOFFSET, DSTSTART, and DSTSTOP.
    • Time Zone: Specifies timezone configuration in Olson name format. Configure the ENABLE_TIMEZONE parameter to set a time zone value. For more information about the timezone name format and a list of time zones, see Time Zone database.
      The default value is (GMT0:00) Etc/GMT.
    • GMT Offset: Specifies the time offset from GMT in hours and minutes. The value is a string type. The format starts with an optional + or -, followed by 0 through 12 hours, a colon (:), 00 through 59 minutes. If you do not specify a value, the phone uses the + as a default value in the format.
  4. Click Save to save the settings.
