GMTOFFSET
Specifies the time offset from GMT in hours and minutes.
The format starts with an optional + or -, followed by 0 through 12 hours, a colon (:), and 00 through 59 minutes. The phone uses + as a default value in the format if you do not provide it.
DSTOFFSET
Specifies the time offset in hours of daylight savings time from local standard time.
From the software version 4.1.0 and later, the phone supports the following values: -1, 0, 1, or 2. The default value is 1.
For the software version earlier than 4.1.0, the phone supports the following values: 0, 1, or 2. The default value is 1.
DSTSTART
Specifies when to apply the offset for daylight savings time.
The date and time for applying the offset can be set in the following formats:
odddmmmht: for example, 2SunMar2L corresponds to the second Sunday in March at 2 AM local time.
Dmmmht: for example, 10Mar5L corresponds to March 10 at 5 AM local time.
DSTSTOP
Specifies when to stop applying the offset for daylight savings time.
You can set the date and time in the following formats when the offset is stopped:
odddmmmht: for example, 1SunNov2L corresponds to the first Sunday in November at 2 AM local time.
Dmmmht: for example, 7Nov5L corresponds to November 7 at 5 AM local time.
DATEFORMAT
Specifies the format for dates displayed on the phone.
Use %d for a day of the month in decimal format
Use %m for a month in decimal format, use %o for a month in short string format. For example, October.
Use %y for a year without a century. For example, 07
Use %Y for a year with a century. For example, 2007
From the software version 4.1.0 and later, Avaya J139 IP Phone, Avaya J159 IP Phone, Avaya J169/J179 IP Phone, and Avaya J189 IP Phone supports the following values:

If you enter any character without preceding with %, the phone displays the same value.
ENABLE_TIMEZONE
Specifies if the phone uses the TIMEZONE parameter to determine the local time of the phone.
The values are:
From the software version 4.1.0 and later, Avaya J139 IP Phone, Avaya J159 IP Phone, Avaya J169/J179 IP Phone, and Avaya J189 IP Phone supports the ENABLE_TIMEZONE parameter.
TIMEZONE
Specifies timezone configuration in Olson name format.
For more information about timezone name format and for a list of time zones, see Time Zone database.
The default value is Etc/GMT, which means +00:00.
You can set a time zone value if you enable the parameter ENABLE_TIMEZONE.
From the software version 4.1.0 and later, Avaya J139 IP Phone, Avaya J159 IP Phone, Avaya J169/J179 IP Phone, and Avaya J189 IP Phone supports the TIMEZONE parameter.
