PREREQUISITE
Ensure that you have configured the Busy Indicator line key with the customized label for the extension number on Avaya Aura® System Manager.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, go to Settings.
  3. Select Feature Access.
  4. In Busy Indicator Display Mode, click one of the following:
    • Custom label and extension: You can configure the Busy Indicator line key to display the customized label followed by the extension number.
    • Custom label only: You can configure the Busy Indicator line key to display only the customized label.
    STEP RESULT:
    The phone starts using the changes immediately after you configure the feature.
