Prolog information
Use 46xxsettings.txt file to set the following parameters:

ENABLE_EXCHANGE_REMINDER
Specifies whether or not exchange reminders will be displayed.

EXCHANGE_SNOOZE_TIME
Specifies the number of minutes in which a reminder must be displayed again after it is temporarily dismissed.
Valid values are 0 through 60.

EXCHANGE_AUTH_USERNAME_FORMAT
Specifies the necessary format of the username for http authentication.
Value operation:
EXCHANGE_REMINDER_TIME
Specifies the number of minutes before an appointment at which a reminder will be displayed.
Valid values are 0 through 60.
EXCHANGE_REMINDER_TONE
Specifies whether or not a tone will be generated the first time an Exchange reminder is displayed.
Value operation:
EXCHANGE_USER_DOMAIN
Specifies the domain for the URL used to obtain Exchange contacts and calendar data. The parameter is used as a part of the user authentication.
The value can contain 0 to 255 characters.
You can change the value by using the Admin menu on the phone.
PROVIDE_EXCHANGE_CALENDAR
Specifies if menu items for exchange calendar are displayed.
