Depending on the requirement, you can provide access to the user to restart the phone from the Login screen. If you enable access, the phone displays the Restart soft key on the Login screen for the user. Use the 46xxsettings.txt file or the phone web interface to configure access for the end-user to restart the phone from the Login screen.

When you enable the access to reboot the phone, the phone logs indicate the reboots that the end-user initiate.
