Configuring Presence using the web interface

To enable or disable the Presence feature so that the users can modify their presence status and view the real-time presence status of their contacts.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Settings.
  3. In the Feature access area, scroll to Presence.
  4. In the Presence field, click one of the following options:
    • Allow (Default): To enable the Presence feature.
    • Do not allow: To disable the Presence feature.
