Configuring Presence using the web interface
To enable or disable the Presence feature so that the users can modify their presence status and view the real-time presence status of their contacts.
- Log in to the web interface.
- In the navigation pane, click Settings.
- In the Feature access area, scroll to Presence.
- In the Presence field, click one of the following options:

Allow (Default): To enable the Presence feature.

Do not allow: To disable the Presence feature.
