Prolog information

SSH access

The SSH access to the phone is disabled by default. Set the SSH_ALLOWED parameter to 1 to enable it.
Avaya support technicians use the Access Security Gateway (ASG) token-based authentication to access the phone over SSH.

SSH key fingerprint

The phone creates a new SSH key fingerprint on the first bootup or when you reset the phone to default. The SSH key fingerprint display confirms that the remote terminal is connected to the same phone and not a malicious actor.
The phone displays the SSH key fingerprint when the ADMIN_PASSWORD parameter is set to a non-default value. To view the SSH key fingerprint on the phone, go to Administration > Debug > SSH fingerprint.

OpenSSH/OpenSSL version

Configure the phone to display the OpenSSL and OpenSSH versions. Set the DISPLAY_SSL_VERSION parameter to 1 to display the versions.
To view the OpenSSL and OpenSSH versions on the phone, go to Administration > View.
