Specifies the call is placed when the user goes off-hook while highlighting a call target in selected applications.
You can also provide access to enable or disable the user from changing the feature settings.
If you enable CALL_ON_OFFHOOK, the phone ignores the values of the parameter EDIT_DIALING_FROM_CALL_LOG .
If the forced value is not set, you can give the access to user to change this setting in the Phone menu.
