The user can enable the Shared Control prompt. You can provide access to the user to enable the Shared Control prompt from the SIP Login screen.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Settings.
  3. In the Shared Control area, select Enable Shared Control Prompt.
  4. Choose Enabled.
  5. Scroll down and select Connection loss duration without confirmation prompt.
    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
    You can specify a time in minutes for the phone to accept the new connection without prompting you for confirmation.
