SOFTKEY_CONFIGURATION
Specifies which feature shows on which soft key on the Avaya J129 IP Phone screen.
The features are defined as follows:
  • 0 = Redial
  • 1 = Contacts
  • 2 = Emergency
  • 3 = Recents
  • 4 = Voicemail
Note:
Emergency calls are not supported in an Open SIP environment.
MSGNUM
Specifies the phone number to be dialed automatically when the user presses the Message button. The phone number connects to the user’s voice mail system.
Note:
This parameter is applicable in the Avaya Aura environment. In case of IP Office and third-party environment, use the parameter PSTN_VM_NUM.
