Configuring Call on off-hook parameters using the web interface

To enable or disable the Call on off-hook feature from the phone web interface. You can also configure the user access to manage the feature settings from the phone.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Settings.
  3. In the Dialing area, scroll to Call on off-hook.
  4. In Call on off-hook, select one of the following:
    • Disabled (Default): The phone does not call the highlighted target on off-hook.
      The end user can change this setting in the user menu.
    • Enabled: The phone calls the highlighted target on off-hook.
      The end user can change this setting in the user menu.
    • Forced disabled: The phone does not call the highlighted target on off-hook. You enforce this value so that the user cannot change the settings on the phone.
    • Forced enabled: The phone calls the highlighted target on off-hook. You enforce this value so that the user cannot change the settings on the phone.
  5. Click Save.
