Limit Number of Concurrent Calls

With the Limit Number of Concurrent Calls (LNCC) feature, you can restrict the number of incoming calls to one call at a time. If the feature is enabled and the user is on an active call, the next incoming call gets a busy tone. The phone logs the second call as missed in the call history.
This feature must be activated on the Avaya Aura® Communication Manager.

LNCC Custom Call Log

When LNCC is active, the user can be only on one active call. The phone logs the next incoming call as a missed call. With the LNCC Custom Call Log feature, you can configure the phone to display the reason for the missed call.
You can use one of the following to configure the parameters and enable the LNCC Custom Call Log feature for the user:
  • Web UI
  • 46xxsettings.txt
  • Avaya Aura® Device Services (AADS)
