Generating phone reports
Use this procedure to generate phone reports or replace an existing phone report.
PREREQUISITE
Ensure that USB flash drive successfully connects with the phone.
- Press Main Menu.
- Scroll to Administration and press Select.
- Scroll to Debug and press Select.
- Scroll to Phone report and press on Generate soft key.
STEP RESULT:The phone report is created, and Storing phone report locally on the phone was successful text appears on the phone screen.You can also replace an existing phone report.
