You can provide access to user to disable the incoming call popup. So the user can identify on which call appearance line the incoming call is placed based on the flashing line appearance indicator.

You can force the user to enable or disable the incoming call popup.

Use the 46xxsettings.txt file or the phone web interface to configure access.
