EDIT_DIALING_FROM_CALL_LOG
Specifies whether edit dialing is enabled, for calls initiated from the Call Log.
When the feature is enabled and a call is initiated from Call Log, the selected phone number is populated to the manual dialing screen instead of being dialed immediately.
