Enabling auto-intercom call log mode using the web interface

For an auto-answered and auto-muted intercom call, you can configure the phone to log the call as answered for a specific user action. For any other user action, the phone logs the call as missed. Depending on the requirement, use the phone web interface to configure the phone to log the call as answered for a specific user action.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Settings.
  3. In the Feature Access area, scroll to Auto Intercom Call Log Mode.
  4. In Auto Intercom Call Log Mode, select one of the following user actions for the phone to log the call as an answered call:
    • Mute key press is considered as User action (Default)
    • Any key press is considered as User action
  5. Click Save.
