Configuring Keep current CA using the web interface

Use this procedure to enable or disable the Keep current CA feature from the phone web interface. You can also configure the user access to manage the feature settings from the phone.
  1. Log in to the web interface.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Settings.
  3. In the Feature Access area, scroll to Keep current CA.
  4. In Keep current CA, select one of the following:
    • Disabled: The phone highlights a higher priority call. When the phone becomes idle, the highlight moves to the first available line. The user can change this setting on the phone.
    • Enabled (Default): The phone highlights the call that has just ended on the phone screen. The user can change this setting on the phone.
    • Forced Disabled: The phone highlights a higher priority call. When the phone becomes idle, the highlight moves to the first available line. You can enforce this value so that the user cannot change the settings on the phone.
    • Forced Enabled: The phone highlights the call that has just ended on the phone screen. You can enforce this value so that the user cannot change the settings on the phone.
  5. Click Save.
