With the Priority Calling feature, users can signal a busy internal extension that a call needs immediate attention. Priority calls have a distinctive ring. Users can make a priority call to an extension that is set to Do not disturb. If an extension is configured for call forwarding, priority calls retain their priority until a user answers.
You must activate Priority Calling on Avaya Aura® Communication Manager.
