Use the Administration menu to configure a secondary provisioning server for your phone. Use the secondary provisioning server to provide custom settings along with the settings obtained from the primary provisioning server. The secondary provisioning server URL can be an HTTP or HTTPS address that includes a hostname or an IP address, a path, and, optionally, a port number. If you do not define a port, the phone uses port 80 for HTTP and port 443 for HTTPS.
