With the Send All Calls (SAC) feature, you can redirect incoming calls to a predefined coverage number. You can enable the feature on Avaya Aura® Communication Manager and assign a number to redirect calls. When SAC is active, all incoming calls ring once at the user extension and are routed to the assigned number. By default, the phone screen displays the SCA label as Do not disturb. To define the relation between Send All Calls and the DND presence status, configure the DND_SAC_LINK parameter.
The SAC icon is similar to the presence-state DND icon. As an administrator, you can define an alternate icon (SAC icon) for the SAC feature. When you enable the SAC feature, an alternate icon displays on the phone screen. Use one of the following methods to configure the SAC icon:

  • Web interface of the phone
