The phone synchronizes its time with the NTP servers on the network. The phone connects to the following NTP servers by default:

• 0.avaya.pool.ntp.org
• 1.avaya.pool.ntp.org
• 2.avaya.pool.ntp.org
• 3.avaya.pool.ntp.org

You can optionally configure the NTP server address through one of the following sources:

• DHCP Option 42
• DHCP Site-specific Option Number (SSON)
• Provisioning server
• Web UI

The phone synchronizes its time at a configured interval and upon each bootup. Configure the SNTP_SYNC_INTERVAL parameter to define the synchronization interval.
